When I first became licensed in Real Estate, I worked as a buyer's agent at Keller Williams Premier Realty. My very first sale was $3.5 million in Tiburon/Mill Valley. This foreshadowed the beginning of a beautiful, successful career choice for me. I have a savvy business sense,  broad sales experience, and deliver personable customer service which helped me soar in Real Estate over the past 11 years. I have been recognized as “Top Producer” by Keller Williams Realty & WR Properties where I worked formerly since 2004 and am now a Broker Associate in the “President’s Club” with Alain Pinel Realtors for the past 3 years & I specialize in assisting relocation clients. My business has grown consistently as the majority of my clientele is from referrals. 

 

One of my strengths, that sets me apart in this industry, is my ability to adapt to the market and economy changes over the years. I discovered the importance of educating the homeowner about the changes in the marketplace and developed a niche in helping clients avoid foreclosure in the down market and has successfully assisted clients to complete a short sale. Due to my experience in negotiating over 100 short sales and/or loan modifications; Banks, Credit Unions, and fellow Realtors have hired me to consult and analyze on whether short sale is the best option for a homeowner and if so, I would successfully negotiate the short sale for them. During stable market times, I am consulted with for my analysis and recommendation on pricing a property for sale as my pricing strategies are proven to be precise! I am also known to achieve successful negotiations on behalf of buyers and sellers while protecting their interests and helping my clients maintain the vision of their ultimate goal.  I’m rewarded by helping each and every one of my clients accomplish their goal & making the process a smooth, stress free transaction, while navigating them successfully through one of the biggest life changing decisions and investments of their lives-buying and/or selling a property. I take pride in building relationships with clients that last longer than a real estate transaction. My relationships with my clients last for life.
